Dear Jim:
I pray you are well. It is my understanding that you are considering working with T&W on a project. I would highly recommend them. They have been excellent to work with. We are constructing a new sanctuary. Initially, the cost of our new sanctuary, based upon the architects plans, was to be $6.2 million. That was much more than we could afford.
I had almost given up on the new sanctuary after working for five years to get it accomplished, when a T&W card crossed my desk. I gave them a call and Kurt Williams came out to see me. I told him that I thought we would have to scrap our architect's plan and start over in order to bring the project in under the monies available. He looked at the plans and said, "I don't think you will. I think we can get this built for what you can afford."
Well, they worked on it and have brought the project in at almost $2 million less than the original estimates, and with the architect's original plans. They have been prompt, good listeners and committed to the vision we have for our new worship center. I have heard nothing but good things about them from others. I hope you consider them as you plan your construction project.
Yours in Chirst,
C. Mac Hamon, Senior Pastor

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently took possession of our new Community Life Center which was built by the T&W Corporation. The process from beginning to end has been a pleasure. The men involved, Kurt Williams, Bryan Crostreet and Bob Thompson, as well as their crew, did everything they could to make the process easy.
We are pleased with the quality of the structure and the follow up to address the normal fine-tuning that must be done on all projects.
Bob Thompson, the on-site manager, was especially helpful in working with our volunteers and his expertise has been invaluable as we continue with our part of the project.
The sub-contractors they suggested have all been top quality as well.
Sincerely,
Rev. Ed Eby

To Whom It May Concern:
It is with satisfaction and appreciation that we write this letter today. Our relationship with T&W began several months ago and not once since have we regretted our partnership. As we go forward, in our new building with the ministry God has charged us, it seems appropriate to express our gratitude to those he sent to assist us.
We were impressed by T&W staff’s knowledge of construction, integrity and communication skills. From our early meetings with Kurt Williams and Steve Shehorn we sensed the makings of a good partnership. That feeling proved accurate throughout the entire project as we worked with Bryan Crostreet, Erin Frame and Rick Wright during construction.
We are pleased with the quality of our new building and its features. We are also pleased with the subcontractors suggested by T&W and especially with architect Jon Byrum.
We would recommend T&W to anyone with the opportunity for new construction or addition to an existing building. Feel free to call with any question regarding our project.
Blessings,
Grace Church, Building Committee

To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Janice Franklin and I am the manager of El-Beulah Retirement Village. T&W [Church Solutions] recently completed the building of our community center. Our community center will be used as a ministry tool for our residents as well as the community at large. We’ve included high-tech features in a homey environment to truly be able to ministry at a high level. T&W was very sensitive to those needs and saw our vision from the beginning. I was impressed by the timeliness of T&W, their detail to safety, as well as how they kept me involved in the process. They were also extremely sensitive to our community during the building process. We are an establishment for seniors 55 and over. They made sure to keep things clean and quiet throughout the project
I worked directly with Bob Thompson, the project superintendent, throughout the building process. Bob bent over backwards to help us accomplish the goals for our building, making sure to meet the needs of our seniors at every turn. He also paid special attention to the details of safety, accessibility and technology. Bob promptly had answers to my questions.
T&W provided us with Jennifer Simms and Kristy Estes to meet our design and decorating needs. They went above the call of duty in helping me make decorating decisions – from carpets to lamps, they were there for me. This gave me added confidence that our building would be all that I was hoping for.
Bryan Crostreet, project manager, Kurt Williams, project developer and Jon Byrum, architect, all played key roles as well. They were especially helpful in finding a design that met our needs and made best use of our space. They made sure our building would be able to be used as a maximum ministry tool. T&W made sure everything functioned from the design of the building itself to the uniqueness of the back patio.
Our center is approximately 5,000 square feet. It features an industrial kitchen, a large common space, a sitting area with fireplace, two offices, a conference room, an outdoor grilling area and back patio that overlooks our lake. The building is beautiful as well as functional and we have T&W to thank.
It is with great confidence and appreciation that I write this letter of recommendation for T&W. I would count it an honor and privilege to work with T&W again and I believe you will find the same to be true. I recommend T&W without reservation. Please feel free to contact me personally if you would like any further information or have any questions.
Sincerely,
Janice Franklin

Dear Steve,
On behalf of our church I want to let you and your staff know that it has been a joy to work with you on our recent building project. We love our Life Center and how it has enhanced our ability to effectively reach our community.
God has blessed our congregation over the years, and as Pastor for thirty-two years we have had other building programs. I must say though that working with T&W has made this recent building challenge so much easier. I am so thankful that we partnered with you in this effort. You had your staff took such good care of us, and was always sensitive to our needs as a congregation, and helped us build a building that not only meets our current needs but also our needs for the foreseeable future. In short, we could not have had such a good and rewarding experience without your help.
In closing, know that I appreciate having had the opportunity to have worked with such a fine professional team that conducted themselves with the utmost Christian integrity.
Sincerely,
David J. Gibson
Senior Pastor
