Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church Richard D. Poole, LLC RE: Mt. Pisgah Trinity United Methodist Church Now that the church is completed, we had a financial meeting to determine our financial status. We wanted to make sure therre was enough income to pay the mortgage. I presented a slide presentation on Sunday to inform the congregation of our financial condition. Everything looks great. I made mention of in spite of the bad weather and extra costs incurred this winter, Poole's projected cost exceeded the actual cost so there was a savings to us of $14,138.00. The total church cost was $1,591,427.00. The congregation could not be happier with the facility. Elaine and I do appreciate your personal efforts and the contribution of Ed Jones and all the fine contractors that all did an excellent job. It is a beautiful structure. Please be sure to pass on our gratitude to all the contractors and sub-contractors. To be able to give a presentation like this with a first class sound system, automated screen in an air-conditioned sanctuary was most enjoyable expecially when you consider the worn out sanctuary.
