Living Springs Community Church It is a pleasure for me to wholeheartedly recommend Professional Building Services (PBS) as a general contractor, and specifically, as in our case, general contractor for a church building project. We started working with PBS in the design phase of our building. We came to them with a concept, which then had to be developed. The PBS team came up with many creative and attractive design solutions and also many cost saving solutions. We found it particularly helpful that they made it a point to understand our mission and to help us express that in the design of the building. This, linked with their technical expertise, resulted in a building that gets a lot of public recognition and is really working out well for us. PBS continued to be a pleasure to work with in the construction phase. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. Their supervision of the subcontractors was excellent. Any problems that came up during construction were resolved in a constructive and cooperative way. They comfortably met the project completion deadline.
