To Whom It May Concern,
The last 30 years of my pastorate at St. Pauls have included six construction projects. Lee Corcoran has been involved in three of the more recent ones and has proven to be a tremendous asset to our ministry. His jobs were completed under budget and ahead of schedule. The quality of his work and the behavior of his staff and workers have been highly commendable.
In a field where promises, projections and estimates often lead to unpleasant surprises, Lee has been absolutely truthful, accurate and reliable in all our dealings. The churches and other businesses we have referred to Corcoran Construction have reported the same positive experience.
I can highly commend him for others' consideration and would be happy to discuss him further with others preparing to enter into a construction project.

Dear National Association of Church Design Builders,
During thirty years of ministry I've been involved with seven construction projects. My three projects with Corcoran Construction were the ones completed ahead of schedule, under budget and problem free. Because church projects are steered by teams of volunteers, communication is essential. Lee Corcoran has that special ability, the patience and experience to anticipate potential challenges, prepare the church building team for it and so avoid feelings of frustration.
Lee Corcoran's greatest asset is integrity. I have absolute confidence in what he says. In projects prior to partnership with him, I learned two new dreaded words, "change" and "order." These words always accompanied a surprising, unanticipated request for more funds. Such developments are now handled ahead of time with a clear understanding of cost in relationship to benefit.
The construction of our 10,000 square foot classroom facility involved the unique challenge of a science lab with special plumbing for chemical waste, a ventilation system with hood and eye wash facility. By using the design build approach this challenge was thoroughly researched and the lab was smoothly incorporated into the project.
Value engineering is another trademark of Corcoran Construction. The operative word here is "value." He produces a quality product for the absolutely lowest cost. I anticipate this new building will exhibit the same integrity and be equally problem free as the others built by him in which we've operated for years now.
I have also found the entire Corcoran Construction team to exhibit the same gracious, thoughtful, patient, efficient and professional qualities as Lee. Hence the contact between representatives of the church and on site representatives of the contractor are marked by the same spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm.
In conclusion, I am now arranging for Lee to meet with my son, who is starting a new church in a neighboring community. I believe this contact will be one of the finest gifts I can pass on to a new ministry.
Sincerely,
Bryan C Stamper Ph.D.

Dear Mr. Corcoran,
Cornerstone Church wants you to know how much we appreciate the excellent job your company did in completing our new facilities. A $2.5 million dollar expansion project can certainly be a daunting task. Thank you for the way you led us through this building experience. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure to work with you and your company.
With our buildings now completed, there are many things I could praise your company for. Let me share just a few of the "extra" things we appreciated about our experience with you.
One, we appreciate your commitment to quality work. Even when a sub-contractor faltered, cut a corner or made a mistake you always made good on their work. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and our satisfaction.
Two, we greatly appreciated your willingness and even your assistance with certain elements of the work we did ourselves. The work you allowed and even helped us complete "in-house" saved us thousands of dollars.
Three, we are especially grateful for the way you were willing to work with sub-contractors from our own church. Thank you for the patience, professionalism and consideration you extended to each of them.
Four, thank you for standing by your work long term. Your willingness and prompt response to all our concerns AFTER the project was completed and paid for have been a testimony to the integrity of your company. Thank you for following up and calling us numerous times to see if any new concerns may have surfaced.
Sincerely,
Nathan Blackwell
Senior Pasto

Dear Mr. Lee Corcoran,
I am delighted to take this opportunity on behalf of the Warner Chapel Church officers, congregation, and myself to personally convey my sincere thanks to you and your company for the professionalism which you showed in building our new church edifice.
Through this entire project, from start up to completion, Corcoran Construction and Mr. John Hickman have established a fellowship that only God could provide. We certainly have been blessed through this business relationship. We look forward to a continued fellowship with your company as we look to starting Phase II of our Harvest 2000 project in the very near future.
As Pastor I wholehearted recommend Mr. Corcoran and the fine staff of the Corcoran Construction company to anyone endeavoring to start a building project.
Once again on behalf of the Church Family and myself, we thank you for your services as well as the fellowship. May God continue to bless you and your company, and it is our prayer that heaven will continue to rain down blessings upon you.
Sincerely,

Dear Lee,
As this year closes out, I thought that it would be good that I write you relative to how happy we are with the work that you have done for us.
As you know, we are closing out our first two and 1/2 years here at the New Covenant Baptist Church of Orlando. We are happy and delighted with the work that you did for us in the construction of our first phase Family Life Building. We anticipate beginning the build out of our third floor the Spring of 1999. We have been cited in the Orlando Sentinel and other publications with the unique design and build out. So many people have said that we do not look like a church, but that we look like we have a handle on the future as we move toward the twenty-first century.
As resources develop, we are anxiously looking forward to phases two, three and four of the New Covenant Campus. We have found our relationship with you to be more than satisfactory. As Christians, it is important for us that the people we put our destiny know the Lord and bring to the table a spirit of excellence. Without any equivocation, I strongly believe that Corcoran Construction embraces all of that and more.
I trust that all is well with you and that we are looking for the Lord to do great and wondrous things for us in the New Year. Again, thanks for a job well done.
Yours in Christ,
Randolph Bracy, Jr., Pastor
