Cedar Ridge Christian Church Cedar Ridge Christian Church began our building project with very high standards. We wanted a facility that could serve the community and our church at the same time. We dreamed of a place that would operate as a community center during the week and a worship center on Sunday. We desired a facility that could be multi-functional in almost every space. We demanded aesthetic excellence, low maintenance, durability, and architectural interest. And of course we wanted all this at “rock bottom” pricing. Bowden Contracting was chosen as our design/build general contractor by our construction committee, which was made up of experienced and demanding individuals. Dan Bowden’s knowledge of construction and direct involvement in the project proved to be invaluable. Bowden has been a standout contractor in numerous regard. But there have been three exceptional qualities in working together with Bowden Contracting:
Cedar Ridge Christian Church began our project with very high standards. Today we have an interesting, attractive, multifunctional facility with a coffee shop, 28 foot climbing wall, children’s play zone, classrooms, and gymnasium/auditorium. And all of this as a gorgeous compliment to the adjoining park. Today we have a facility that serves well both the community and our church. Sincerely, Back to top Crossroads Church July 22, 2002 I am writing this letter of reference in regards to Bowden Contracting Company. In 1997, we entered into a contract with Bowden Contracting Company to build us a 12,000 square foot facility that would serve as our new offices and 600 seat sanctuary. Their ability to work with us in the design of the building made the construction of the facility run smooth. They completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget. We found the entire staff of workers to be cooperative and pleasant to work with. We were so satisfied with phase 1 that we requested Bowden Contracting Company to build our next phase in 2001 which is a 4,500 square foot multipurpose room and office area. Again, they completed the work ahead of schedule and to our satisfaction. Since the completion of the facilities the Bowden Contracting Company continues to be helpful and cooperative in the upkeep of our buildings.
