Thomas Panzica, ASID is Executive Vice President of Panzica Building Corporation, the design/build firm established in 1955 by his father. Tom is a Certified Church Consultant and has been active in the family company since graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/ American Studies. Tom also completed Notre Dame’s Creative Management executive program in 1992.

Tom’s undergraduate curriculum vitae included a year of architecture studies, courses in art history, philosophy, theology, psychology, marketing, graphics and industrial design, and internships at two commercial broadcast TV stations. He is a board-certified interior designer and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, as well as a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. Tom has experience as a superintendent, project manager, development manager, marketing director and a real estate financing consultant, giving him a broad base of expertise in different phases of land acquisition, project funding, facilities design and construction, project communications, and property management.

Tom’s diverse background provides the experience to assist churches in a variety of synergistic areas important to expanding ministries. He takes pride in personally serving clients from the very inception all the way through and beyond completion of a project.

Tom and Diana, his wife of 27 years, have two children, Christopher and Catherine, who attend college (one of Tom's most memorable moments was seeing Catherine baptized in the first church he had built as a superintendent). Tom is an active member of Sacred Heart Parish, Notre Dame, Indiana, and was a Children’s Minister of The Word at St. Anthony Parish in South Bend, where he also served on the facilities committee. He is past president of the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley, was chairman of that organization’s scholarship trust committee, and volunteers for groups such as Habitat for Humanity.
