Barb Kouba is the Customer Resource Coordinator at Professional Building Services. As a Certified Church Consultant by the NACDB, Barb views her role at PBS as a ministry in which she can help churches develop more effective, inviting ministry spaces. Having served on her home church’s building team to complete a $3.9 million project, she now serves her church as the Director of HeBrews Café. This is an in-house coffee shop ministry which functions as a third place gathering area for church members and the community.

As a professional Christian speaker, Barb has had the opportunity to share the gospel at women’s retreats and outreach events for the past twelve years. She and her husband, Don, have participated in international missions by building homes for the homeless in Reynosa, Mexico through Strategic Alliance and Sons of Salvation for three consecutive years (2005-2007).

Barb’s passion is to serve God in whatever capacity He calls her to. Whether it’s painting houses in Mexico or painting a picture of possibilities for a church seeking to improve their facilities, her goal is always to be a servant to others.
