Rob Welch has held the position of Vice President of Construction for the G.L Barron Company since 1997. Prior to his employ with the G.L. Barron Company, he was Senior Project Manager for Hensel Phelps Construction for ten years. Mr. Welch has extensive experience in project management and supervision on religious, commercial, municipal, and government facility construction. He has also served as field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager and estimator throughout his career.

Rob graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is the father of two children and resides in Aledo, Texas.
