Mark has been involved in the construction industry throughout the past 25 years. Starting out with a small construction firm as he worked his way through college securing his Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University in 1983, them moving to a much larger construction company in San Diego, California building large residential custom homes and track developments. He now finds himself at home working as the Senior Project Manager at Derrick Commercial Contracting, LLC. He has been with Derrick Companies since 1995 and is responsible for directing, implementing and managing all phases of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget with the goal of meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys a wide array of hunting and outdoor sporting activities especially if it involves toys with horsepower.
