Jeff Packard began his construction career in New York State with the United States Army Corps of Engineers and joined Richard D. Poole, LLC in 1994. He currently is Vice President of Pre-Construction Services and as such, is the integral link between design, value engineering and cost control. Mr. Packard is a Certified Professional Estimator and an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. Mr. Packard is a graduate of Colorado State University.
