Dale Reiser, although founder and president of Professional Building Services ("PBS") has a very hands-on approach to his clients. Mr. Reiser feels his job is to facilitate and coordinate complete customer satisfaction from a position of being an “advocate for the church” through the design, construction and contractual process. Mr. Reiser becomes the “cheerleader” for the leadership of the church to the community, the municipality and the congregation at large. His philosophy is to facilitate “whatever it takes” to properly and accurately present the project to all owner representatives and stakeholders in the project.

Mr. Charon is a four year member of Deer Creek Christian Church having served as a teacher and sponsor in the children's ministry. Mr. Charon currently serves as a deacon and also a part of the worship team. Mr. Charon also holds a Bachelor of Science Business Management/ Marketing and Communications Olivet Nazarene University.

Mr. Charon has been married to his wife Becky for four years and they have one daughter, children Abbigail. Mr. Charon is a 5 year resident of Crete, IL.
